the hebrides are also my dream, i stayed on harris in may ~ it was superb

Yes it’s Tolsta but Tolsta is in the area of Lewis known as Back

What a great picture! as a Yorkshire lass I had to peek after catching the link at the bottom of your Island Blogging page.
I follow all the island blogs having followed you over from the BBC. Have never commented as feel I would be intruding. Have stayed in Orkney many times and Shetland but only visited some of the other isles. Much as Yorkshire is fantastic my heart and head are more often surrounded by wilderness and water. Maybe one day…..
